Recipe for happiness:

Mix together self-love, love of others & the planet, an attitude of gratitude, hobbies & fun, closeness to nature, an appreciation of beauty, serenity, acceptance, enthusiasm and curiosity.

Let it simmer. Let it fill you up.

It is sweet & filling. It will sustain you the rest of your life if you let it.

Enjoy the little things. Don't take anything for granted. Try to be positive. Open your heart to love (yourself & everyone & everything else).

Good luck!

:)

The secret of happiness is very simple. Choose to be happy. Don't wait for an event, or search for happiness, just choose to be happy. Today, now, with your life as it is. If you have the opportunity to eat every day, have fresh clean drinking water and a safe place to sleep and access to medical facilities you are already doing better than most of the people that have ever existed in the world ever. So it shouldn't be too difficult. If you happen to enjoy a reasonable degree of health and no physical or psychological disadvantages that's another huge bonus. Try it.

I think first you have to define what happiness is to you. Everybody has different expectations and untill you know what happiness means to YOU, it will be that what all others have.
Happiness to me is my hubby and daughter. Bliss would be a house where i can open my kitchen door and walk onto a patio full of herbs and flowers. As it is i have to go down the stairs, out the front and round the back to get to my patio.

The keys or coins to one's happiness are within. Self discovery is the key to believing and experiencing happiness in ones life. To examine yourself and learning to be content with the paths you have chosen in life will help you experience happiness. Happiness is not easily achieved its takes the journey to appericate the experience.

There is no coin of the realm for happiness. Happiness is made by you, your own currency. You make the best or worst of your world. Happiness is up to you.

happyness is nothing but a states of mind. by reading you question, i assume you are depressed. there is only one way to beat this system of happiness is by having the same state of mind when you think you are happy and or sad! then there is NO SUFFERING.. and this world would be meaningless to you and then you will see whats beyond this world!!
my statement makes logical sense but at the end, we are all human beings.
