parallel means they will never intersect or they have the same slope

like; ll

however perpendicular means that they are at right angles to eachother...

like: T

any other lines that intersect will fit your citeria

X <-2 intersecting lines making vertical angles(top/bottom) and corresponding angles(2 angles on one side of the line), also can dont have to neccesarly be perpendicular with this either

a line with a 1/3 slope, and a line with a 1/5 slope, they will touch eventually, ut are not perpendicular.

All lines on the same plane will eventually intersect, unless they are parallel.
