First of all, if you want eyes bigger...eyeliner doesn't work. eyeliner actually makes the eyes smaller. try using mascara on your lower eyelashes. if you must use liner, do not apply it all the way. apply it in the ends of the lids. make your upper lashes volumnous by using a curler and a proper mascara. if you want them to look brighter, apply a light shimmery shadow in a neutral tone to the brow bone and lid.

Lining around the entire eye actually makes the eye look smaller cause it gives it definite lines. Yeah it makes eyes pop and brings out the color but putting liner on the top and bottom lash line will make your eyes look smaller! Line the upper lid with black or dark brown just to make the las line look fuller and then line the inside rim of the lower las line with a white eye pencil. Think about the general rules. Black makes things look smaller...white makes things look bigger no matter the object. Use light neutral eyeshadows. Curl lashes and apply 2 coats of mascara.

Most eyes will take well to eyeliner and it makes them stand out and look big. I suggest wearing an eyeliner that is the color of your eyes. Example: if you have blue eyes wear blue eyeliner. Then put off white eyeliner on the inside of the top of your outer corners of your eyes. This will make them look bigger. If you like to wear eyeshadow, you can get a light shimmery pink/beige and put it on your outer corners.

Eyeliner usually hides the eyes. So I suggest you go for a natural look. Make up is supposed to be unnoticable. So you should use light colors like light pinks. Something that will show off your eyes. Becuase when you first meet someone they are, hopefully, going to look at your eyes. You don't want to go too natural becuase you won't show off how lovely your eyes are.

Use darker shadows, and put eyeliner all around the lids rights by the lashes, curl lashes before mascara

line your lower lash line and line the inside too with black liner. you can also line the top but it may look harsh. a curlash can also open up your eyes. falsies and white/light eyeshadow can make them smaller so you might wanna avoid those.

well, you should use eyeliner first.
and make sure when you open your eyes its visible
and then select a color that you love in eyeshadow!
