It's the thrill of the chase.
Even when they get all the sex they want at home, fresh meat is always on their mind. They want to believe they are so studly that no woman can resist them---and when they find those hoochie hoes that WILL boink a married man, it pumps up their pathetic ego.
Good, solid, honest men who are secure in their masculinity never cheat on their wives!

Because he is selfish and not happy with his wife and what he has at home. He does not love his wife or even care about his marriage for that matter. All he cares about is himself and what he wants!
