If you click on the underlined words, it just goes crazy. How do I get rid of this virus? Do you know the name of this virus?

If this just happens on a particular site, it's probably the site. Some websites have an ad scheme that underlines words and pops up a little bubble with an ad when you mouse over them.

If it happens all the time, I would suggest downloading a copy of AVG free to another computer (free.grisoft.com) and making a rescue disk. Boot the laptop from the rescue disk and scan/clean the hard drive.

You need to get xoft spyware and spybot search and destroy. Those two together will work as if you never ever had a virus on there. xoft will cost $39 though. If you ask if these are the best, the person working at the place you ask will definitly say yes. It will even take things that will harm your computer off the register.
