Fruit, lots of it. Your skin needs vitamins and minerals. Just keep a good diet and everything will work. After your break a sweat, you should clean off your face with some kind of acne wash. Worst case, you get a pimple if you have the fortitude to do it, take a needle and drive it slowly into the center of the pimple and the hold the skin as low as you can between your index finger and your thumb and roll your thumb forward until the white puss comes out. Immediately use the harshest antiseptic you can get your hands on. I recommend Dettol. It works wonders in a painful kind of way. It's worth it, i have not had a noticeable scar yet.

make sure your diet has very little fatty foods, and go for a very healthy, balanced diet. Fruits are very good for your skin, especially nectarines, plums and melons. Some veggies that are good for skin are parsnips, carrots, cucumbers, and avocodoes. Vitamin E supplements are also very good for skin. There are also some candies and chocolates especially formulated for good skin health. Borba (available in sephora stores) is a brand that makes such chocolate and candies. Bobbi brown also has released chocolates as well. Make sure your diet is rich in antioxidants, which is fiiund espeially in fruits, particularily blueberries.

I'm a firm believer in kimchee for beautiful skin, having known so many Koreans with gorgeous complexions! Maybe plain cabbage would help as much, but kimchee is still tastier.

people always say water but i watched this programme about health the other day and they proved that drinking more/less water has practically no effect on your skins health and appearance. i think eating 'good fats' like avacados and nuts and olive oil make your skin look healtthier. if you have spots use good quality skincare for oily skin and go on oral anti biotics.
