Yeah using dumbbells definately works, well recommended. By the way, doing pushups wont make much of a difference at all!

bench presses (wide grip and close grip), incline bench press, decline bench press, butterflys with dumbells, pushups. decline pushups (with legs elevated) pull ups

Benchpress is best. Push ups w/ no weights will do a little, but not a lot.

better with the weight, but it depends on ur age since it can stunt your growth. but then without the weight it helps too.
