My partners little girl has accused her stepdad of touching her police got involved and said she could go home because she didn't disclose the infomation to them. He has another child he doesn't get access to and we want to know if it is something to do with his actions toward kids any advice?

If the child was spoken to by the police they will have informed social services routinely so if you want further feedback speak to social services.

firstly its CRB... and you cant do it, the request has to come from a social worker, or caseworker employed by social services or the police.

you think there may be issues, get in touch with the social services... and talk to someone.

BUT remember teh old joke.. whats the difference between a social worker and a rabid pit bull...


you can get your kids back off the pit bull....


be careful what you wish for you may get it...and not like teh consequences.

The police will do a CRB check if you inform them of the accusation.

Inform social services. They should take it seriously.
