I only seem to have one spare scart socket on the tv, but if i connect it to that, wont it exclude the option of transmitting sky to a tv elsewhere in the house and watching analogue on the main tv? please help!!

satelite should have two scarts, use the 2nd one.

That should do it, if not upgrade your box.

buy digisend and they fit inbetween the existing scart socket and the cable to the tv so you still have a spare scart socket
