The best site for Naruto and Bleach, (you'll find all the episodes for both and all naruto movies) is http://yhbt.mine.nu/t/. But these are torrent files (you'll be downloading them at a speed of about 480kbps) so you'll need to get a torrent client like Azereus or Bittorrent or bitcomet to be able to download them. The quality is unique.

Try bit torrent. You'll need Java and a bit torrent client like Azureus. You can also check the p2p programs like Limewire.
