When u r booting ur computer, press F8 to get into the safe mode.
Get urself to boot the OS in safe mode.
Then logon by the admin a/c which I believe would not be ur logon a/c. Go to control panel. Try to recover ur old pass by the forgot pass technique.
If that doesnt work, create a new user. Reboot and njoy.

If at you windows 95-98 all passwords in \windows\ in files *.pwl, if NT, 2000, XP then to you here http://home.eunet.no/pnordahl/ntpasswd/. About Vista I do not know, Linux OS throw a reference;).. Please.

check to see if you are an administrater if so you can reset the password by clicking on start then on the picture that is your acount ....but that way is no fun its more fun to hack
