You wont get a period, your stomach will hurt, cramps, and by taking a pregnancy test...Also by the symptoms of pregnancy!

there is really no way to tell right after sex your not offically pregnant until implantation occurs which takes 6 to 12 days to happen after implantation then you can take a test to find out but you will most likely have to wait until you get closer to your period or wait until you have missed your period

The only thing I can think of is taking a pregnancy test. :-)
