If you are too skinny, it will be very difficult for you to become overweight, and it is not suggested anyhow. You are far better off to gain weight in a healthy way. Get to a gym, and work out with weights, do some cardio, get an appetite, so you are eating healthy and gaining muscular weight. Muscle weighs more than fat, and looks a lot better on the body than just gaining fat.

eat fatty foods and dont do any exercise and watch tv all day and just stuff your face w/ food

Don't aim to be fat! Too many people are already too fat, and it's a lot easier to get fat (too fat) than it is to get thin again.
You'll get fat as you grow older.
Instead, why not aim to build muscle by exercising. When you build muscle, you'll have to eat more, but it won't be turning into fat!

drink slim fast and sit on it..
slim fast only works if you work out afterwards...
just sit.. and eat..
