Does anyone know the hourly rates that I should ask for for keeping one website up to date ?

This guy is willing to pay me $300 dollars a website for 5 websites ($1500) I'm gonna charge him that for getting the websites up and running (designs, links) what should I charge him for keeping the website up to date after that?
(I'm new to this, a high school student with just basic HTML knowledge and more of a Graphic Designer) my websites are www.rep215.com and www.jbophotography.com

Keep a record of your hours.
$25-35/hour because you are paying your own taxes, health insurance, etc.
