Why do people tend not to close the door when they go to the bathroom during the night?

because there is probebly nobody else expected to be up yet and they don't really care. they probebly think that nobody is watchin them anyway.

I don't do that but I have known people who do. They feel like noone's going to be awake and see them doing their thing or sometimes they wait too long before they go to the bathroom and can't hold it in so they rush in and don't close the door.

I close the door, I don't even bother turning a light on. But I don't flush unless it's absolutely necessary - I don't want everyone to hear that I've gone potty.

Because if its during the night people are more likely to be asleep so less chance of them walking in on you.
