I recall being at the gym one day, and an Asian woman was wearing these blue spandex capris doing sit ups on the situp machine, and I couldn't help but notice her very clear outline of her cameltoe -- it wasn't just a "pouch" that I see on some women, but a clear outline of the lips. And I can't imagine these women not being aware; either by feeling it or by seeing it in a mirror -- and I know most women are very critical of themselves before venturing in to public. So I have to ask the ladies, do some women show their cameltoe on purpose?

It is the nature of strings, seams etc to find a groove and sit in it. It is probably not a case of doing it deliberately but more likely a case of not doing anything about it. Especially in the gym. What is she going to do.... Stand there and pull it out every 5 minutes ? Don't think so.
On the other hand, some women are bound to like the way it feels, so it is very concievable that it could be on purpose.
Also, some women may find a cameltoe embarrassing, some will not. A few won't even be aware of the whole cameltoe issue.

I think it has to be on purpose. Yes, it is possible for seams, strings and things to find a groove and sit there, but it also impossible not to notice it. If you know you are prone to this happening then you adjust what you wear accordingly (clothing that doesn't bind so much, underwear-that keeps things out of there fairly well). It seems she would have to know and as she didn't prevent it or correct it then it has to be intentional.

Some might show the camel toe on purpose, but when you see moose knuckle I'm sure it's not on purpose.......
