Governor's School Application Portfolio?

I'm applying for Governor's school in my state and I need advice on the things that I should include in my portfolio. I'm not good at sports nor can I play an instrument, so I have a disadvantage.

Please help.

Put an artwork of some kind if you're good at drawing or whatever, an English essay or something, and another English thing, too.
