Is there anyway to completely block ALL Porn from a computer. Not allowing anything in that manner to be viewed? I don't want it to be allowed to be looked at At all. Is this possible? (Without having to purchase anything to block it).

it does a good job to block all porn websites quitely, it's very easy to use

The only way to block it completely is to disconnect from the internet. A more reasonable alternative is to buy software that will block known adult sites; similar to AV software, it should be updateable to block new sites.
You might consider putting the computer in an area like the living room so you can more closely monitor your kids' activities.

The simple answer to this is NO - Porn is everywhere.
