Neither is right. Ovulation happens only once per cycle and the egg only lives for 6-24 hours so 1 day is the max time you can ovulate. Figure out how long your cycles are and when your next period is due. Count back 14 days from when your next period is due and this will be the most likely day of ovulation.

More information is needed, how long is your cycle when was the first day of your last period. If you count back 14 days from your expected period that is when you should ovulate, so 4-5 days before hand is when you are fertile, so about 6 days including the day you should ovulate are when you should have sex.

Bearing in mind your 28 day cycle I would say the 14 day is your ovulation day which means you should ovulate on the 10th Feb (yesterday). You should have had sex two days before at least and and probably 3 days after. YOu should try OPK Tests to make sure. Good Luck

Think the last time you had your period and the week right after is usually when you will ovulate. Plus pay attention to your vaginal discharge and whenever it starts to look white and has a stickier feeling then you are likely to be ovulating.

I would go with the second one since it is in the middle of the other dates.
