Nine calendar months in a pregnancy.... 3 calendar months per trimester.... so third trimester starts after the sixth month.
Or, 26.66 weeks into the pregnancy.

According to my book, " What to Expect When you are Expecting." it goes as follows:
1-13 weeks= 1st trimester
14-27 weeks= 2nd trimester
28-40 weeks= 3rd trimester

the 3rs trimester is the last 3 months of pregnancy. so around 6 months along, which is the start of the seventh month.
