Is it possiable to change Ehternet and wireless card in laptop ? if it is than how?

You are really asking 2 different questions. The MAC address is burned into the network card and can't be changed (it can be spoofed, however).
To answer your second question about changing the Ethernet or wireless card in the laptop, it depends on the manufacturer. Most laptops come with with network cards built into the motherboard, so replacing the network card means replacing the motherboard. The wi-fi card may or may not be part of the motherboard.
Probably the easiest thing to do is simply buy a network card that will go into the PCMCIA slot of your laptop.

Yes, you can change that, but in reality you will not be changing the physical address of the device because it is embedded there by the manufacturer. You would be doing what is called a MAC Address clonning. There are several tools that can help you do the job, go to downloads.com and search or to snapfiles.com. You should be able to get something there. However, I do not recommend this and actually don't see a need for that. I hope it helped.

No, but you could get an add-on card or even a USB WiFi Ethernet NIC. Then you can enable whichever one you want to use.
