If there is no chance of being able to have intercourse during ovulation the yes, skip the clomid. There is no need to take it if you know you won't have sex.
As far as the next poster Tara's comments--it does NOT take a full month for clomid to "kick in" I think she is thinking birth control, not fertility drugs. The more cycles you take clomid the higher the chances of side effects like drying of your cervical mucus.

I think that question should be answered by your Dr. I don't think it's possible because some times your body needs to be on clomid for several month before you see results any way. Good luck

Clomid doesn't need to store in your body - call your doctor just so you're both on the same page with your history & treatment - but if there is no chance to try to conceive - skip it.

No, you need to keep taking it. remember it takes a full month for it to kick in. So when your partner gets back you'll have to take it for a full month for it to get back in your system. That means waiting a month with no sex till it working right again.
