The Geforce Go 6150 is an onboard memory adapter. It supports up to 288Mb of shared memory depending on the board it is on.

Shared memory means it uses some of the system memory that would normally be used for standard pc usage.

I have the GE Force 6200 and it comes with 256mb. Check out www.NVIDIA.com and they should have all the specs as well as updates for this card.
