I rented it from Netflix last year and the DVD had both the english (dubbed) version and the original italian one with english subtitles options, so i am assuming any DVD you buy in a store should be the same.....

the "Shop" icon on the right has links for Videocassette and DVD copies of the film for several countries, I think they are subtitled, though… Are you saying that you want to find a dubbed version? I don't think it exists.

I dont know if there is one in english,but they have the subtitled one.
