What is your opinion about the spirits or ghosts?

last year i stayed in my nans house, i was asleep in my nans bed and i woke up feeling something sitting on the bed pulling the blanket down on my legs i opened my eyes slowly and saw a dark silhouette.. i could also smell old spice... i laid there panicking not sure what to do... i didn't know whether to get up and run or to stay where i was.. suddenly as i began to really panic the silhouette moved and turned to me and said "its only me you silly barsted!" and disappeared.. my grandad had been dead 3 years before i was born and my nan told me the next day that he used to wear old spice Cologne.. i never knew that neither had i ever heard his voice..

You could say, I'm an extreme fanatic about sprirts/ghost. I love to ghosthunt, I've watched a ton of the "Ghost Hunters" episodes, etc. I've had quite a few encounters with spirits - some good and some not.

As I was visiting my cousin's house. I noticed a number of things as I was alone, during the day. Doors that I could have sworn were closed, had become half-opened, there was an imprint on the bed covers that hadn't been there a couple seconds ago, and some things kept falling down, for no apparent reason. I didn't think much of it until later that night when my cousin and I were fooling around with my digi camera, taking pictures of and object we could find. We took a picture of her dining room around 10 PM and when we developed the picture the next morning, there was an ectoplasmic ribbon in the upper right-hand corner.

I think that they definitely exist. They are all around us. But I think the better question is, which ones are bad? See, I think everyone has experienced those things. Like just the other day: My sister Paige was in the shower, and she screamed. Apparently she had heard a bunch of noise, and then all of the sudden the water got ice cold, and the curtain fell and something pushed her out of the shower. And no one could possibly gotten in behind her and did all of that. It was really creepy. And alot of times I see people in the corner of my eye, and then they are gone when I turn around. And I also saw this old guy in a yard and then all the sudden he was gone. Then when we were further down the road he was there again. Then he was gone again! This happened for a while it was really scary!

I myself can sense and smell spirits. (Yes, they do have a definite smell.) I had a friend that can hear and see them. I think it's all about how you feel about the subject. I personally would like to see them or at least hear them. I feel like I'm missing out on something important. I mean, there must be a reason they're still here...a message, or some way to help them. We currently have 3-6 spirits in our house...one in this room of a little girl. I just feel bad for them because they're "stuck," but maybe they want it this way. I'd just like to know one way or another. My neighbor girl downstairs can see and interact with them...she has a dead best friend, which I think is very cool.

As a matter of fact, yes there is ghost! I have a photo of my late husband and I got a phone call from my second husband, right after his death. I can prove the first, but it is a mystery on the phone call. He called me on my cell phone and sounded like he was trying very hard , not to wake anyone. My daughter listened to the message and it was on my phone messages for 3 days and then just vanished! He told me he had something important to talk to me about! Now i will never know what it was. Is that frustrating or what?

I have personally seen ghosts twice-definately. Once in 2003/04-i saw a young woman who had the appearance of a watery vapor. She had blondish-brown hair pulled back in a low pony tail at the base of her neck. She was sitting in a chair beside my desk and as I entered the room to sit on that chair so I could read a book, she angrily arose and evaporized. I never saw her again. Another definate occurance happened just a few weeks ago. I was in bed reading and I had felt a presence in the room. I looked up over my reading material and I saw a very short blobby creature come through my door towards me. There was nothing watery or vapory about the creature - he was a distinctly white blobby creature- so I cried out "Rebuke you in the name of the Lord" and the creature walked in reverse right out through the door. The next day, I got ahold of some Holy Water and thoroughly saturated that room with it. I haven't seed that blob again. [e-mail]

CRAZY HENRY! FORT STEVENS!!!!!!!!!! So my family (cousins, aunts, uncles, etc.) were up there and we decided to go ghost hunting at Battery Russel at night and we were told to be out of there by midnight and NEVER say his name after dark there, so then Steven(cousin) said "I don't believe in all this Crazy Henry stuff!" and Peter(other cousin) jumped up with a mask an a flashlight and practically gave me a heartattack and he took of the mask and started laughing but then these two red eyes appeared and we were all yelling for him to get out of there because we all saw the eyes so we ran and ran and saw HIM(CH) following us so when we got in the car we did a head count, we were all there, when we got back to the campsite we all talked about it around the campfire we had a campout in Ariel's (cousin) tent so CH wouldn't get us, but we didn't get calm enough to go to bed until 5:00 am.

They exist, I'm sure something akin exists.

Sidenote: I think everyone should learn how to prepare themselves for an encounter, learn how to fend for yourselves at l'est. (This may sound stupid but it won't sound so stupid then...)

i believe in them,,i have seen them,,if you have a didital camera it will bring them up when they are around,,you will see a white orb in the picture,,if you download it on the computer,,usually you can zoom in on the white orb and you will be able to see a face in it,,
