I don't think there's much you can do... I don't think that anything you can do for the hair on your head will work for pubes. It's typically not thick enough down there to do that!
(In response to skaterboiz's comment - you wouldn't use steriod cream just to grow more hair... the negative side effects are not worth it, just for hair!)

if its very sparse and you are done puberty , doctors can prescribe steroid cream that will help you grow hair in a specific area
