My ex husband and his family want me removed from the property. Eight years ago, they gave me an immoveable mobile home under my name. It is immoveable, because my ex and I built an addition to the back part of it, and I put on a whole new roof which supports itself over my home. Now they expect me to move it and they have rail-roaded me out of it and they cut my electric power off my meter box. The electric company did not do anything and I was escorted off the property by the sheriff. I had settled, to leave and we had agreed I had until April 1 to remove my home in pieces. I filed an apeal because they did not file the papers on the agreement we made when I settled to move. Ten days after the settlement they cut my electricity off. The meter is under my name and my light bill is current, now I can not even connect a power tool to help with the removal of my home. My fish are dead, my dog has a broken leg, and my cat is scared half to death. We just want to live, but they hurt us.

If they own the property that your house is on, you don't have much choice. But, since they want the property so badly, just leave it as it is and walk away from it. Let them worry about breaking it down. They can't expect you to do anything with no utilities to run power tools and either can the courts. I suspect there's more to this story than meets the eye. Sounds to me like they want the house too, and this is their way to get to it.

GET YOUR LAWYER TO FILE AN INJUNCTION AND CALL THE POLICE AGAIN, I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THE AGRREEMENT WAS RENIGED ON. IF EVERYTHING IS IN YOUR NAME THEN THERE SHOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM UNLESS IT'S THEIR PROPERTY/LAND. GET A MOBILE HOME PERSON TO HELP YOU IF YOU CAN. CAN YOU GET A GENORATOR HOOKUP? YOU NEED TO GO TO THE COURTHOUSE AND EXPLAIN ISSUE. THIS IS HARRASSMENT AND YOU CAN ALSO FILE SUIT FOR THIS TOO. HMMMMM ON SECOND THOUGHT, GO TO THEIR PLACE AND **** THEIR **** UP AND LET THEM HAVE A NICE HEADACHE TOO. SOMETHING HAS TO BE IN YOUR EX'S NAME YOU GOT.HMMMMM. LIKE PAINT "WHORE" ON THEIR LAWN IN PAINT ON THE GRASS OR "TRAMPS LIVE HERE" **** UP THE TIRES, CHOP THEIR METER OFF THE WALL, AND DO TAKE PICTURES OF ALL THE DAMAGE IN YOUR PLACE AND FOR GODS SAKE DON'T GET CAUGHT!
