can i lease it again? after i paid everything?

They will probably offer you a new lease, but they may raise the rent. The deposits you paid when you first moved in will still be your deposits, you don't need more deposits.

If you wish to extend your rental period, your lease may require you to do so in writing. Negotiate! If you've been a good tenant, you'll be coming from a position of strength. Point out to the landlord that if you stay, he will be saving money on advertising, tenant screening and background checks, no vacancy period and agents fees. So, ask for discount - nothing ventured, nothing gained!

What does your lease say? Is the a renewal period or will you become a month to month after the initial period? Read your lease and contact the landlord to be absolutely certain.

thats up to the manager of your complex but usually if you were a good tenant you can just sign a new contract & stay there
