when ever i want to talk to a girl and step forward, i feel scared and step back? why ???????? is it shyness or something else???
how can i overcome this weakness

It most definitely is shyness. Its adorable, believe me. But you do need to talk to whoever it is. She probably has noticed it. For some reason I seem to think it is really cute. Don't worry. All you have to do is just muster up the confidence to talk to her. Don't be scared, just forge through it. Even if you jumble up the words. Thats cute too. Good luck!;>

Is this when you really like the girl? If you are new to the boy-girl business, try first talking to girls you don't like that much. This way approaching a girl will not feel like a "all-or-nothing" mission. Then, when you see that it is not that bad, you will feel more confident approaching a girl you like.
