Make sure you burp her well after every 2 or 3 ounces of milk/formula.

No need to worry. Some here have mentioned that your baby has reflux, which is possible, but probably not likely if you have not had issues up until now. But, if your baby starts to spit up excessively, seems to be in discomfort, or is extra fussy, then you should call your pediatrician just to be on the safe side.
Your baby is just spitting up milk that has moved further down the digestive track and that is why it looks like cottage cheese...it's just curdled milk and no more harmful then regular spit up. My baby has been spitting this up too and it is more alarming then the liquidy spit up, so I understand. But, I don't think you have anything to worry about. Just make sure to burp your baby very well after feedings and try to keep the baby upright for a bit before doing tummy time or any active play. This should help!
Best wishes!

My baby has been doing ok until 5 mo. After a few weeks, he started spittin up. I raised this que to my pediatrician, who answered this way. Babies, 6mo & above are more mobile. My lil one juz started creepin around the age he started spittin up. Because of this new found freedom of being able to move, they will always be on their tummy and mpving around, creeping, crawling, doing the lil airplane trick, (balancin on tummy with arms & legs in air.. oh, they look sooo... adorable doing it), they put pressure on their tummy. So, esp, immediatly after feedin, when they do this, they tend to spit up. My ped suggested to keep him upright for a lil while after feedin. This certainly helped my child. Hope it is the case with yours too.

It might just be that her tummy is upset due to her little cold. As long as she doesn't have a fever, I wouldn't worry about it. It is probably the formula or breastmilk she is spitting up.

It is sour milk.Make sure the baby eats in a sitting position. The stomach muscle that holds in food is weak. Kind of like acid reflux.Sitting your baby up may help to strenghten that reflex.

Maybe allergic to dairy and keep her at an angle while she sleeps and that might help.
