Hi,
were getting married in July next year and we want a garden wedding with a marquee! Anyone know any great places that are cheap or really really great?

There is a really great place in Essex not too far fom Waltham Abbey, its called Paradise wildlife park it is a really great venue, they have facilities there you can use and they have marquees too, also you'll being doing your bit for conservation. I have been there for a reception and it it fantastic, of an evening you can hear all sorts of exotic sounds, and its not too expensive. Give them a ring.

Best thing to do is keep an eye out for wedding fayres in local papers.
I use to work at a hotel called Swynford Paddocks in Suffolk which has a marquee and lovely grounds and (at least when I worked there) they could host ceremonies too. There are a lot of other places that host both wedding ceremonies and receptions with lovely grounds in the area.

Why don't you put an advert in your local paper and get people to come to you. (Just as you have done here). May get some surprising replies.
