I have coached many teams successfuly over the last few years taking them from low in the league to the top. The simple basics changed a bad team overnight into a great team. Pass accurately, tackle completely. Shoot within reason. Practise of this almost guaranteed a win every week. I am amazed today at the low standard of play in the teams today. Teams of twenty years ago would have thrashed them.

i dont really know what you are asking there but one piece of advice would be for every team member to be absolutely commited to the challenge and things will more often than not work out. suppose that goes for every sport though.
