Obviously your snake has not reached the clog, or is being diverted to the vent. This is beyond your equipment, and expertise and anything I tell you is going to lead to the same result; save yourself the aggravation and call roto-rooter, get a quote before the work starts and ask about the guaranty. Be sure to tell them that there is acid in the pipe.

Well, logic dictates that the blockage is located where the sink drains tie together. You should be able to find it with a snake.

I'd pull the pee trap from under one of the sinks and run the snake in that way and see if you find any thing. It the tubs and toilets are not clogged the clog has to be in the sink drains. The toilets and tubs probably tie together below grade and the sinks tie together most likely inside the wall.

It sounds like the 4 sinks share, or drain into the same common line. I have had success in taking a snake up on the roof and snaking down the vent pipe. You might give that a try before giving up, because it sounds like the "shared drain" line or the vent is plugged. Good luck...

there is blockage in the main line under the building. Go to the drain clean out outside the building and snake back towards the bathrooms

Try checking that the vents are unobstructed and/or installed properly.
Also, the clog may be farther down the waste pipe.
You may have to open all of the cleanouts one at a time.

The clog is probably somewhere between the units and the sewer connection.

Call a professional plumber.

Try a plunger, if that doesn't work, call maintenance, if they can't fix it, let them call a professional.
