you just take them out.
the tongue ring you have to unscrew the barbell...usually on the top. the tongue will close up very fast.....about a day or two.
a nose ring takes a bit longer to close.

a tounge piercing, you twist off the ball of the barbell and it comes off, and a nose piercing is similar to an earring, you just take it out, the only difference is that the nose piercing has no back, only the stud.

i dont know about a nose ring but with a tounge ring all you do is screw one of the balls off and slide it out of the hole and im sure a nose ring isnt much different you would just take the back off and slide it out.
