The picture was made by Chicago Portrait Co. in 1924 it cost 4.90.The frame and picture are both in good shape.I can,t seem to fined the exact picture that i have. PLEASE HELP> THANKS

If it is not a counterfeit, it should be valuable. What is called an antique depends on the opinions of dealers and buyers but obviously anything from before 1800 is an antique even if it is only junk.

You need to get an expert to look at it to find out its valuable. The Internet probably won't help much because a good forgery looks very much like the original.
