Wow..this varies temendously from woman to woman. How much weight did you gain? Some gain as little as 15, (probably not safe unless they're already overweight), and some as much as 75, but that's usually a lot of water retention.

I've had 4 children, and gained 60, 40, 35, and 50 respectively. I just had my 4th 3 months ago and am still working on that, but I did lose all the weight w/ my previous children the first year.

For me, that required a great deal of discipline...diet and exercise, but for some young and lucky moms it just comes off.

How many pounds you lose after you give birth is entirely up to you. Let me say, that breast feeding does help you lost weight quickly, and it gives you great boobs for the time that you breast feed! I gave birth last April 18, and I could've been back to my normal size 4 along time ago, but I would rather eat a lot and relax (when I have a chance). But if you watch what you eat, and work out a couple of times a week, you should lose all of the weight you gained with you pregnancy, in less than a year.

the simplest way could be to connect weight watchers. it is going to be too annoying to look after a infant AND count type your energy! supply your self a break. that's far less complicated to shed some pounds once you're breast feeding, via fact your physique makes use of greater energy... connect Weight Watchers, do no longer cheat on your nutrition plan, take your infant for walks. There are some fairly lovable workouts you're able to do which incorporate your infant. you utilize your infant like a weight. it is super for bonding, too.

There is no answer for this question as everyone is different. The fact that you actually thought you would get a real answer, scares me. If you aren't already pregnant, please don't breed!
