check out http://picturesalon.com I have all of my giclee prints done with them. Their prices are pretty reasonable and their prints are definitely high quality. Also you don't have to order a large quantity at once. They keep your work on file so you can just order however many prints you want as you need them.

This is such an emerging market there are a myriad of companies offering the service at a huge variable in pricing. If you preform a search on "Giclee printer" you get 649,000 in just yahoo alone. The best thing is to look at a few samples just because they are a good price doesn't mean they have a good product. Also ask other artists or galleries who they use and view that product as well - remember this product is representing you and will reflect on your original work as well. If the product is poor so will your response be. Art and its production are extremely personal and you want the best representation of your skill and mastery - review a few options before choosing one. Good Luck!
