OK i'm 21 yrs old and have ery large breast and i am looking into geting a breast reduction but don know where to start looking please help!

Go to your family doctor and ask for referrals for a PS.
Then, see at least three PS's before you choose a doctor.
Ask tons of questions and make sure you see the before and after photos.

You need a referral to a board certified plastic surgeon. This may be covered (at least partially) under health insurance. Finding a surgeon through your family doctor is a good idea or via another woman that you might know who has had surgery with a particular surgeon.
Try to stay away from "referral services." They would refer you to Jack the Ripper if he was one of their patrons. If you smoke, try to quit early. It can reduce the possibility of healing problems with surgery.

When I am 18, I am going to look into getting one as well. What I am going to do is go to my family doctor ask to be referred to a plastic surgeon from there. You may be able to get a medical reduction, depending on how big you are, and what problems (medically) you have from them. Also, it depends on your insurance and where in this world you are.

you shouldn't be ashamed of what god gave you, just try wearing bigger darker clothes.
