Do you think the racist minority in this country will actually help his campaign?

It's hard to tell. There is still a lot of racism out there. There are the racists who are open about it, we see them all the time here in YA. But then there are the people who hide their racism and never really talk about it out loud. Some of them even wag a finger at others for being racist because it makes them look like they aren't. But I think overall that it will work in his favor. Heck, I just answered a question a short time ago from someone black (well at least they presented themselves as such) who claimed he isn't black enough and so can't be considered a real black candidate. I think most of our country has moved away from overt racism, but I don't know how it would play out in that voting booth when no one can judge or examine your individual vote. For the sake of optimism I'll say we've come farther than that in this country, but my heart tells me otherwise. I hope I'm wrong, just in general.

In a sense, yes they will. The ignorance of that voting group further alienates them from the rest of mainstream America. This country is trying to get past racism for the most part, and slowly but surely, we will. However it is in my opinion that we may have to wait for the racist old codgers to die off before we can finally work for the betterment of this country. Personally, think that Obama is a pretty good politician. However, with this election, I believe that he should wait. Seriously though, I like the sound of the Clinton-Obama ticket. He won't get my vote because he lacks the experience. Sure, he's energizing and he brings fresh new ideas, but he does not yet have the political clout needed to take back this country once and for all.

regrettably, i do unlike all the above, yet of those 4 I reluctantly choose Romney. Obama considers himself a reasonable, yet his balloting checklist is nicely incredibly liberal. With an excellent national debt and an economic equipment on the rocks, i do no longer have confidence a liberal, who's answer will maximum probable be spend, spend, spend, to assist handle those subject concerns. Clinton is nicely greater reasonable than Obama while their Senate data are in comparison, yet I easily have hassle believing the sincerity of her moderation. I returned see her as somebody who will make contributions to this usa's economic subject concerns extremely than alleviate them. That leaves McCain and Romney. McCain candidly admits that economic concerns are actually not his reliable healthy, while Romney is a wealthy businessman. As somebody who sees the super national bill coming from the conflict in Iraq, infant Boomers amassing social secure practices tests on the horizon and the huge deficit, i think of the economic equipment is the only maximum serious subject to hand. Given those 4, Romney is the only maximum suitable geared up to guard that problem.

Absolutely.
Just look at the uproar over Biden's remarks - and they were in no way racist, perhaps ill conceived and inappropriate, but certainly they weren't racist motivated.
Imagine the uproar that will occur for any truly racist comments - they'll surely unite the majority of voters who are sick and tired of the bigots in this country.
And that's a good thing!

Obama expects the press to squash any mention of race similar to what's been done to Biden.

All mention will be meet with the term racism by the press, silencing the offending party .

Just watch it happened.
