ive cycled the water even started over the water temp was correct when the bags floated. the ph level im not sure about. ive tried 2 different pet stores and made sure all the fish got along. when i feed them the consume all of it within 1-2 min's the frogs i have never seen any of them eat so i dont know about them. i remove the dead fish but they all die within 20 mins of eachother it seems or ill go to sleep and wake up and everyone of them is dead and stuck in the filter. the pet store said my water is fine. with stress coat n the protective coat drops. iam gonna try one more time if it doesnt work im gonna give up on the fishtank

You floated them , but did you check water temp. in bag and tank so the differential was less than two degrees and did you check ph in bag and tank to see if they were compatible. In future ph in tank must be very close to water in the bag as well as temp. Also good idea to age tank water with filter running for a few days before introducing fish. One other possibility is over feeding .
Good luck.

When starting a tank the water needs to cycle, so before you added the fish - did the water get to sit for at least 24 hours?
What is the temperature? Bala sharks can be pretty sensitive, they also school, so they do better in groups of 3 or more. All fish do better in pairs. The temp should be around 78 degrees - constantly. The light is not a heater - you need a heater.
How large is your tank? At least 20 gallons or more?
Right chemicals were what? They basically needed at least the decholrinator to take out the cholrine. Did one of the chemicals of do that?
What is cleaning the tank properly to you? Over cleaning can take out too much beneficial bacteria and can cause stress in the fish and death. Tanks should only be cleaned on avergae, once a month with a 25% water change. Over cleaning is more dangerous then under cleaning.
Make sure you have something that tells you the temp of the water. Is the tank by a window or a TV? Or do you have a heater in the tank?
They have to have a heater to survive.

do you know what your water ph is? sometimes it can be too hard or too soft for fish to live in. If this is the case you don't want to try to adjust the ph as much as you want to adjust the fish you buy. there are fish that like both -- off hand discus and south american cichlids prefer low ph and african cichlids prefer high ph.
also make sure you keep up with the gravel vacuums and 20%water changes. and anytime something dies you should do a big water change as it causes an ammonia spike.
i am kind of concerned you might be using too many chemicals and being too good of an aquariumist. a water conditioner is always good and so is a beneficial bacteria. most of the ph up ph down ammonia locks -- all of that are not that great for your tank and only have temporary effects anyway.

What size tank? Is it cycled? Are you testing the water? More than likely its ammonia poisoning from the water. You need 200+ gallons for the stocking you have. All of these fish produce loads of ammonia, especially the frogs.
What chemicals are you using. If you use pH adjusting chemicals that is what might be killing the fish. The pH can be up to 9 for the fish mentioned and stabality is the key to keeping fish alive, no ph swings from chemicals.

i worked in a petstore for awhile. the fish may have been sick before you got them but being that they were all different this is highly unlikly.
take the fish and a water sample in a different contair to the store you got the fish and they would be able to tell you if your water is ok or not.
also even though you let them float they still may be stressed out from the ride home or even from being chased around trying to be caught. when you introduce a new fish in to your take you should always put stress coat in the water. this helps fish get the slimnest back to them being that that is what helps to keep them health and free of diesase

i'd ask the pet store if you can buy or use some of their water for your fish also never ever use soap when cleaning a tank. that may be the problem if you have ever used it.

get rid of the sharks, they are prolly killing all the fish. My brother and sister in law had the same problem. They got rid of the sharks, and the fish lived. Sharks will attack the fish, and eat them if small enough!
