Your SAT report should explain this to you.

The average score on each part of the SAT is about 500 -520, so the average for all the kids who took it is about 1550 or so. So 1850 is a good solid, much better than average score. But it is not a absolutely top level score, so you probably won't be going to an Ivy League or Stanford or Duke, where 80% or more of the entering classes scored over 2000. Anywhere else it is quite respectable.

It depends. I know this is all three sections totaled b/c the highest you can get on one section is 800. The colleges and other organizations usually only look at your math and verbal scores. What are they? If you have over 1200 on those, you are good. If you have over 1300, you can apply almost anywhere. Good Luck!

In my eyes, definitately! generally scores between 1800 - 2400 are good scores, but i guess it all depends on where you want to go to college.

It is a terrible score considering the highest is 1600
