I have Windows XP and need to enable cookies so I can view my Verizon bill.?

I tried to go into Tools to change my options, but I did not see a box to uncheck to allow cookies.

It depends on what browser you have IE7, Firefox, Netscape, either way it is in the tools (options) section try looking under the privacy tab or section. Again if you post your browser people can be more detailed.

click on control panel, then internet options, then settings under cookies.

Go to tools...Privacy...Sites...Where it says address of website, put www.verizon.com... then hit allow.
