We have four, possibly 6 adults and two children looking to rent an oceanfront beach house in North Myrtle beach in July 2007 for a week with a reasonable price tag around $1000.00. I've done some research, but have come up with nothing. Any advice or links would be great.

Did you try looking in the newspaper or online. www.myrtlebeachonline.com or did you try Craigs List?
I know of Eliotts Realty but based on the booklets they send me, there is nothing oceanfront in that price range. I have seen maybe 3rd row up in North Myrtle Beach at that price but not in the high season.....you need to find someone private who isn't using a management company.

maximum leases in Myrtle are rented with the aid of a realty business enterprise. You techniques would be very limited in case you prefer to lease right this moment from an proprietor. try this website. that is referred to as trip leases via proprietor.
