probably if you scare easily. its more of a movie that gets you to think. there are a few 'jumpy' parts thou

It's mostly a psychological thriller, not intended to be very scary.
I scare easily as well and was able to watch it. Maybe a couple of make you jumps but nothing intense.
However, some of the plot is intenese (not in scary way) like someone else suggested, there are some touchy subjects covered.

Not the least bit scarey but actually kind of though provoking. I mean, really, if you could go back in time and change things, how do we know what kinds of ripple effects that would cause?
I saw both the original and Butterfly Effect 2. As is common with sequels, the original is far superior.

it's not scary but there are some disturbing parts in it. It's more of a suspense movie, so you might jump in your seat from something popping out of nowhere more than seeing something gruesome.
It was actually a pretty good movie. I didn't expect it because Ashton Kutcher was in it and he's more of a comedy guy, but he acted very well.
You should see it, its worth seeing!

It isn't scary, but is pretty good. The ending they showed in the TV version was different than the one in theatres or on DVD. I can understand why, but don't want ruin it for you.
I enjoyed the movie, but you have to pay attention.

It's not real scary but it is just unusual enough to startle at times. I don't like scary movies either and I watched it.
