I didnt ask u all if it was true I was telling everyone its true, its happenin in some of the schools in florida. Im not retarded I know that there used for medical purposes DUH my major is pre-med. I was saying kids in our schools are actually doing it. It souds crazy but its actually being done. I know about the public service announcement they had about it. I though it was fake also until I actually seen it.

I don't doubt that some people are doing it. I know they are.
But the anti-smoking commercial was fake.
They took the idea of using leeching to discourage people from being talked into smoking.
Not realizing that people do leeching, it's sort of funny if you think about it.

I'm not sure what you first question was, because I didn't see it. Leeches are still being used in medicine today, mainly in plastic surgery to increase blood flow to the surgical sight. So, what is happening in the schools in Florida? Are kids eating them, playing with them, letting them suck blood? What, my curiosity is killing me.
