Is it possible for that which is physical (the brain) to know what is spiritual (God) or intelligible (concepts or ideas)?

In Philosophical terms the answer would be know. Those worlds are seperate. Knowledge can be obtained in the physical but not in the spiritual, we seek to learn and strive to the spiritual knowledge but in physical form it is impossible.

Anything is possible. Not always permitting.God is spiritual,
the brain as you state is physical Concepts are just that and each person has a concept and ideas That's what makes us all different
Ideals are just ideals Never to reach If that's what you meant????

Yes.

I'm not really sure where you are going with that. The spiritual is meant to guide the brain, and yes people are drawn to those like them.

Perhaps this is why God is a dude with a fluffy white beard sitting on a thrown? (Like - ie Man knows Like - ie God) so Man makes God in our image to better know our creation?
