What if they were let go because they had low numbers?

I'd file. If you were doing your best and couldn't reach their goals, I think you can get it. (File anyhow, the Unemployment Office decides, not the company!)


The time you wouldn't get it would be if they fired you for some other cause - like if you were caught stealing, falsifying timecards, etc. This is too ambiguous, the the Unemployment Office decide.

You wouldn't be able to collect unemployment because that would be considered unsatisfactory performance on your part. They do have to tell you that your numbers are unsatisfactory and give you a chance to improve though. They have to let you know your job is in jeopardy. If they laid you off or fired you for a reason that wasn't related to your job you could collect.
