no, only plant cells have cell walls, we have cell membranes and stomach cells are a certain type of cell. I guess you could consider an animal cell a stomach cell, but I guess it could go either way.

No, animal cells lack cell walls. Only plant cells have cell walls. The for cell walls is rigidity(animals don't need them becasue they have bones.)
