I hope so. Hiking can be quite therapeutic. There have been a lot of suicides and they need the exercise.

i hope not. they're enemy combatants, they need to be before a military tribunal. they are NOT citizens of this country and they do NOT have constitutional rights.
terrorism is not a law enforcement matter, IMO.
