It is called bacterial vaginosis. It is when you have an infection in your vagina and the way you would find out if you have very similar to how yeast infection looks, with an exception this one come with a foul fishy unhealthy smell. Thats the only difference between yeast and vaginosis infection. Also vaginosis may not give your discharge of cottage cheese (like in yeast infections) but give you greenish color discharge. Cured i think with regular antibiotics prescribed by gyno. Hope it helps.

Bacterial vaginosis is a mild infection in the vagina caused by a type of bacteria (germ). The vagina normally contains a lot of "good" bacteria, called lactobacilli (say: "lack-toe bah-sil-li"), and a few other types of bacteria, called anaerobes (say: "ann-air-robes"). Too many anaerobes can cause bacterial vaginosis.

It is a bacterial infection in the vagina. It can occur for many different reasons. Not an STI, but can be passed to your partner through sex. Needs antibiotics to be cured. Prevention can be keeping clean, not using highly scented soaps, and eating yogurt.

Its when the muscles inside the vagina spasm during sex making it painful. Its a psychological disorder.

Unlike the pleasant contractions you get during orgasm.
